Due to hygiene reasons, all hair extension products are non-returnable once opened or used.

 

We only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all seals intact.

 

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Any approved returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
